Custom Foam Fitting
Foam is custom cut for your needs. We have an extensive library of designs for audio-visual equipment but if your items are new to us we can (by prior arrangement) visit you to measure the equipment or you can bring it to our works. Alternately we can work from your own drawings.
Our CNC router and experienced staff mean we can produce almost any shape you require.
We use three different types of foam:
- Ethafoam - high density, closed cell.
- Polyester foam - low density soft foam.
- Plastazote foam - very high density, closed cell. Used where fine detail is required that must not deform.
